EMK Apparel was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience that enables self expression through wearing our apparel. Our store policies are detailed below.This store has a 7 day return policy in which the store must be notified via email through the “contact us” link no later than the 7th day from the date the item delivered. Item must be in original packaging, not used, not worn, tags still attached and not damaged. Store will contact you with return instructions upon receipt of email, within 48 hours. If item returned shows any evidence of damage, being worn, or not in original packaging with tags attached, store reserves the right to deny refund. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached to request a refund. The store will also provide a return/refund policy for any items that arrive to customer damaged or defective, as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 3 days of the item being delivered. Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for return of such items via the “contact us” link. All refunds will go to the original payment method.
